The Problem

John Tracy, CEO of Zen Auto – a car-leasing business with a mission to change the way customers lease cars, needed help positioning the business for growth in a dynamic sector.

Approach

After an initial investigation into the leasing market, it was clear that Zen Auto needed a proposition and message that would arrest customers and position their innovative offering to a broad audience. We worked with M&C Saatchi Accelerator and researched several concepts. After developing ‘Don’t buy it Zen it’ to introduce Zen’s new, faster, more intuitive, service-led offering we worked with Squadron London to create a fact-based, viable model that gave the business the confidence to put the new ads on national TV.
